Do you offer coaching/advice if needed between matches?
We will absolutely discuss new matches with you, and are happy to provide a sounding board if you want advice or to discuss this further.
We also throw coaching and self improvement events that you're welcome to come along to!

How soon can I expect a match?
Whilst we can't guarantee how quickly we will match you, we work continuously to review new clients against existing clients, looking for new matches.
We will reach out as soon as a match comes up, but we're not robots and won't just match you for the sake of it - this is a bespoke service.

How does the matching process work?
Within 24 hours of signing up to us, you will receive our questionnaire.
Within 48 hours of the questionnaire being submitted, we will review your answers and immediately start looking for matches.
We will then reach out to you to discuss the match.

Is my personal information kept confidential?
Absolutely!
We will handpick matches, then reach out to both parties to ensure they are happy for us to provide each other with their contact details.
We never share more than just the contact number, the rest of the information is kept private.
